Research Topics
I am studying fundamental aspects of complex and dynamical systems described by nonequilibrium statistical mechanics and nonlinear dynamics through mathematical modeling of specific systems in physics, engineering, and biology. The research subjects I have being working on include theory of thermodynamic efficiency of nonequilibrium heat engines, dynamical modeling of a lowtemperaturedifferential Stirling engine and elucidation of its rotational mechanism, and construction of energetics of synchronization in coupled oscillators.
