研究テーマ
数値解析，特に関数近似法・数値積分法に関係する近似理論とその応用．
関数近似・数値積分は，微分方程式の数値解法などをはじめとする様々な解析的数値計算技法の根幹を成す．これまで，主に解析関数に対する高精度な近似公式の設計および解析を，函数論的手法を用いて行ってきた．特に，高橋・森による二重指数関数型変換（DE変換）を用いた各種公式（DE公式，DE-Sinc近似など）の解析や応用は主なテーマの一つである．最近は，高精度な近似公式を設計する一般的方法の構築を目標として研究を進めている．
